Megan is a Registered Social Worker working with individuals, couples, and families in Calgary navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Many of her clients are looking for a way to better understand what's been shaping their experience, and to build more stability, connection, and confidence in how they move through their lives.

She also works with children (ages 7 and up), and integrates expressive and creative approaches when working with younger clients.

Megan’s Approach.

Megan’s work is trauma-informed and relational, with a focus on understanding how life experiences, relationships, and environment shape emotional wellbeing. She helps clients make sense of patterns that may be keeping them stuck, while building practical skills to support change.

Her clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Expressive Art Therapy, and the Gottman Method (Levels 1 and 2) for couples work.

What it’s like to work with Megan.
