Masha Wazny
Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), MSc Counselling
Masha doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. She believes in real connection, flexibility, and meeting you exactly where you are. With a Psychology degree from McGill University and a Master’s in Counselling from Yorkville University, she brings both deep knowledge and genuine compassion to every conversation.
Life can be messy. Relationships can be complicated. Grief, anxiety, and the weight of family dynamics can feel overwhelming. Masha supports individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, relationship struggles, sports performance, life transitions, and low self-esteem. Her approach is always tailored, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic interventions, and attachment-based perspectives—not textbook answers, but real, practical guidance for the unique challenges you’re facing.
If speaking in Russian feels more natural, Masha offers counselling in Russian, because language shapes connection—and healing happens when you can truly express yourself. Having lived in different countries, she understands how life’s transitions impact identity, relationships, and mental well-being.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find her skiing, reading, gaming, or diving into creative projects. She believes in staying active, engaged, and curious, just like the journey of self-discovery.
