Group Therapy
Sometimes the most powerful thing in a room isn't the therapist, it's realizing someone else is carrying exactly what you are.
Why attend group therapy?
Group therapy offers a different kind of experience than individual work. Instead of working through things on your own, you’re in a space with others who are navigating similar challenges — which can bring a level of perspective, connection, and accountability that’s hard to replicate one-on-one.
It can be especially helpful if you’re feeling isolated, stuck in patterns that aren’t shifting, or wanting to better understand how you relate to others in real time. Hearing different perspectives, giving and receiving feedback, and noticing how you show up in a group setting can lead to insights and changes that often don’t happen in isolation.
For some, group therapy is a way to build confidence, improve communication, and feel less alone in what they’re experiencing. For others, it’s a more direct way to work through relational patterns, practice new ways of engaging, and move forward with greater clarity and support.
