More About Joe Seddon
Joe works with individuals whose experiences have shaped how they see themselves, often leaving them feeling disconnected from their identity or sense of self. His approach helps clients make sense of the challenges, conditioning, and past events that have influenced their story , guiding them toward healing and a renewed personal narrative that highlights their strengths and self-worth.
He believes that the stories we tell ourselves deeply affect how we think, feel, and connect with others. Through therapy, Joe helps clients uncover both the internal and external influences that may be contributing to their struggles.
Recognizing that beginning therapy can feel uncertain or even intimidating, Joe brings compassion, curiosity, and a touch of humour to the process. His goal is to make therapy a space where growth feels both meaningful and manageable, where the work of self-discovery is met with understanding, authenticity, and even a few moments of lightness along the way.
